I had help from the owner of angell furs in picking out this coat I love the quality and exceeds my expectations and matches the picture on the shop page and I plan on buying at least one or three more coats from her customer service was very helpful and answered all of my questions when needed being my first time buying a fur coat sleeve length is great not to big just right
