So first of all let me start how much I loved the product: Extremely! I found it very tricky and scary to try my first order on Etsy. This seller truly delivered on every aspect. His quality, his service, his passion and ultimately delivered something to me that was indeed very much appreciated by me. I had given my measurements and sadly I forgot to add some wiggle room: It turned out to be too tight. When I approached the seller he was very willing to redo the item and send me a new one all together! Communication was phenomenal and once they redid my custom order I fell in love again! Remarkable product and will keep the hat safe. When at last I wanted to thank them for redoing the item and delivering they even took the time to give me some tips and tricks to keep the product safe. Once again guys: I truly love it!
